This is good news, there needs to be organized things like this to protect servers, admins, and players from known problematic players.
There used to be a server blacklist on tf2stats.net but it was taken down. I'm not sure the whole reason for it, but I think a lot of server admins forced them to stop it.
The blacklist categorized servers that were doing things that some players dislike and also flagged servers as "disagreeable."
Servers that mask their true IP and latency, servers that display a false player count, were the biggest ones - it's something that is not tracked in any way at all otherwise.
Also things like nocrits, no damage spread, class restrictions, 24/7 servers, and others could also be selectively blacklisted at the player's discretion.
And aside from that, some servers were qualitatively flagged as disagreeable by players and could be included in your blacklist.
It was a great service and I wish it still existed.
Anyway, thanks for getting TE into this, it's a real step forward.
