So technically we're short 2-3 players. According to ladder rules, we can have up to 3 mercenaries, 4 if the opponent agrees, so we're not out of the game yet... We just have to get people quick, as the match starts in less than 2 hours.

It sounds like the match has to be scheduled before Monday and played sometime next week? Is that right?

that would help if possible...this weekend both Sat and Sun im busy from 12-6 both days (i want to get my big game hunting license to hunt deer and according to NY state since ive never possessed a license i have to take a 10 - 12 hour class)and im off allll next week

So our opponents are trying to set up the match for this Sunday (can't check the hour because the site is f*ing down again).

Also I will most likely spend my Saturday training, and I hope to get enough people to do team practice.

I need to know who can be there ASAP, and if you can't be there tell me when you can, so at worst we can try to reschedule.

Yes, we have to have a scheduled match before Monday, or a default time will be given to us. But the match can be played Sunday if I understand the rules.

Speaking about rules, they remind everyone on their website to check them out so there is no problem. I would be especially cautious about the "everyone MUST record a demo" one.
