I have questions hopefully that can be answered

Greetings, I pilot "What are the odds" as you can guess but i do have some inquires into some of the activities on the server. If some of you are so inclined to answer these, your response is greatly appreciated.

1.) Why does the server seem to hit activity at about 7 pm est. and then kinda of drift of at about 11 pm. est?  I can rationalize that it is because of work and class but i am wondering why it kinda of sits their inactive most of the day on weekends. 

2.) Why the 20 post until application process begins?

3.) Have you guys thought of adding more maps or maybe adding some fun plug ins ? for example, i have see a randomize server where all weapons and classes are randomized before spawn.

4.) Does your clan compete against other clans in tournaments or ladders. ?

5.) what is with the ping restriction?  Because when i am running limewire or bit torrent my ping can hop to about 500 or higher but on my end i can still seem to play efficiently

6.) What type of trash talking is acceptable and how much gloating or grieving is enough?

7.) Have you ever danced naked in the moonlight with devil?

8.) As a clan do you have restriction on which class people have to play?

1) You're right. We're a clan of adults, and we play when we're not at work/school.
2) Cause you need to be active in our forums before you can join the clan. Playing in the server isn't enough.
3) We discuss this sort of thing on a monthly basis. Watch for our monthly meeting the first Tuesday of every month.
4) Not currently. Not enough support since most of us have to work.
5) Cause high ping makes YOU lag and the server lag. Don't be a dumbass run those programs when you're sleeping!
6) All of these are ok one line at a time.
7) Not with the devil, no.
8 ) No.

As for further referance, don't be an asshat! Most of these you could have answered yourself.

All due respect Odds, this is our server and we make the rules.  I don't think we should have to explain ourselves.  However, I will answer some of your questions as best I can.

1.  This is the time of night our clan is mostly on.  Work and personal schedules come first.  We are strong believers in family coming first, and we understand that is more important than the clan.

2.  This is a rule.  Period.  No need to question it.  This is our way of determining that you are mature enough to be part of our clan, and to stick around and contribute accordingly.

3.  We have numerous maps on our server that are put up for votes at random intervals.

4.  Someone else can explain this one.

5.  Someone else can explain this one as well.

6.  Trash talk was explained in our rules section.  However, I will try to give you more examples to make it more clear.  Calling ppl names like dumb ass and such and meaning it is NOT aloud.  Joking around and saying I hate you (fill in name) cause they are powning you, that is ok.  Be respectful of the women who play here as well.  Calling anyone of them a foul name will get you kicked!  If not banned depending on what name you use.

7.  Yes.  I'm married to him and dance with him nightly!  lol

8.  We do not believe in restrictions on classes.  It makes it more fun if you can choose what you want to play.  We generally try to play what is needed.  We all have our specialty (ie: me as heavy) but we also can play other classes if needed.

Sorry if this came across mean, didn't want it to sound that way.  But we do have a section here that explains all our rules.  If you feel you need more explanation, feel free to hit up an admin (anyone with a TE tag) and we will be happy to answer your questions directly.

1) It really depends on when people play. Most of us are older, with jobs and/or families and the summer is usually slower because we leave our moms basement to smell the sunshine.

2) So we know our applicants are going to stick around. Dedication is key.

3) We have a fun server but it's going soon. We like vanilla TF2.

4) We have in the past, and may again, it depends on a lot of factors.

5) It keeps the laggers from lagging the server...play or download porn, your choice 

6) Whatever you wish, as long as you back it up.

7) I am the devil  I love to dance at all hours of the day.

True i could have done logical deductive reasoning to determine the answer but i want to see if you guys actually use your forum seeing as their seem to be not much correspondences since about 20 days.   Also your response to questions, portrays your attitude, demeanor and your composure in situations.  You test me while i test you, simple.

its harder to play drinking games with this one due to the fact a shot a kill gets you drunk fast.  A shot a win can take longer than expected on the rotation or with massive turtles.  In wow, it use to be a shot a boss kill and if more than 10 ppl died it was the whole drink.  I personally love my froze vodka and OJ, but the vodka has to at least be 100 proof.

To be totally honest with you, I don't find this funny.  Why do you feel the need to test us at all?  This is OUR community, and we will use our forums as much or as little as we desire!  Our attitude we portray will only begin to deteriorate if you continue to act like an ass hat (as GFH likes to put it) and put us to your little childish "tests."  Sorry, but this is just how I feel.  We are a strong, close community.  We are like second family to each other.  We do most of our communicating in vent and therefore do not need the forums as much.  Plus, we post a lot in the private section which is out of your eye shot, for that reason.  It's private.  So, continue to "test" us if you desire, but I assure you it is not necessary and will only grow to irritate us.

Not situations, just random crazy posts. With an air of humor in yours, so were the other. Your response shows exactly what you were testing for is actually what we were testing for when we answered your questions and gauged your response. Your mind = blown.
