LAT

I have a question about LAT.
 When checking score (tab), my LAT number is usually very low.
 Is a high number better or a lower number for performance or doesnt it relate?

The lower the better, it's pretty much your ping to the server.  The lower it is the faster you send and receive data to and from the server.
