So I just noticed that my PSU fan was spinning slowly and irregularly, so now that, combined with the fact it only spins without making a sound when it's upside down,I have to make a decision, and I want YOU to help! woo!

Should I:
A) Remove the "Warranty void if removed" sticker that covers up the final screw so I can open it and try to fix it myself.
B) Buy a NEW PSU from Newegg, don't use my computer until it arrives, and then get the broken one replaced and keep it as a spare
C) Same as B except I return the new PSU after the old one gets replaced
D) Something else

Thanks for your input.

PS: Never buy a Power Supply that Cooler Master makes

Yeah...I guess so.

I wish I took more pictures  :crybaby:

I've just been buying so many new things because everything broke/stopped working/needed improvement, and I still haven't realized that I'm making money now, so I can semi-afford it.

I guess I'll get it RMAd and then sell the new on they send..

Can anyone explain this:  The fan is now spinning at a normal speed after about 3 minutes of operation.

I bought a new one anyway, I'll just keep this as a backup....

I'm fine with buying a new one.

This is the second time this same exact power supply has had problems (within 9 months of purchase), and oiling it will only temporarily fix this problem.

I'd rather get a new one that will hopefully perform better (and has a higher wattage), and get this one RMAd and keep it as a spare, since that's what it's acting like.
