I do not even need to make a comment. You can not compare Penn to NY.... You just can't. Without NY this country would financially crumble. And the nation was not just founded in PA, it was in boston NY and PA and it would never have prospered if it wasn't for NY's harbors. You need to brush up on your history alittle my friend.
