We do not hastily recruit members, rather we require that they remain active in all aspects of the community (servers, forums, ventrilo, etc) for an extended period of time before consideration is given. I'm not In TE but i do see Farside all the time. even watched him kill himself on a few occasions lol. He's a good player and i've talked to him a few times on vent. He's got sportsmanship
