What to do about Hackers when no admin is available

I just recently joined the site, but have played on your server for a long time.  I frequently play when there seems to be no admin available, so I decided to make a list of all hackers steam account ids that I run into while playing.  Just thought you guys would like to see.

u can post this in the banned/admin abuse section.  thats where it belongs.  but thanks for bringing this to our attention, and if no admin is on, hop in vent or irc and there will most likely be one in either of those places.  Thanks man!

even better then making you leave the server to find someone I would say go spec and take a demo or two or three. Make sure you get a "STATUS" in console shot and make sure it records the guy doing what he is doing beyond a doubt. Then post in the banned section and we can tell ya what to do with it. I think we have an upload section, or at least use to. This way an admin can review it and decide on whether they deserve a ban or not. I say this cause I used to hate being in there with no admin and I would have to leave and try and find someone to join and by then they usually leave or stop while the admin is there. They ended up ruining my game anyways.

Just fyi to record a demo:

pull down your console and type "record ??" (where I have the "??" type in a name such as their game handle or cheater1, cheater2, etc.)
when your done, type "stop" and it will be saved in your cstrike folder.

also to get the status shot, because I dont think the demo picks it up. just open console and type "status" and then take a screen shot and include it in rar/zip file.

open up cs and pull down your console. type "play ??" (once again ?? would be the name of the demo) I think.

easiest way is to pull down your console and type "demoui" and it will allow you to open, play, record, ff, rewind and all that by a menu.
