yea, first u go Start, Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, then click uninstall life

LOL.  Joker he is.  Actually, you need to go out to your car (or your mommy's if you don't have one).  Start it up and then turn on the A/C or heat.  Next - feel around for the air coming out.  Once you've found the air you also found the vent.  Climb in there and you're "in vent".

I keyed in all the info but it seems I need your host name?
I typed a fake one and tried to connect but was told "unable to resolve the specified server DNS/Hostneme"?
