Sure Priv...but actually you can make your own.  Here's how:  at night, eat a full bowl of wheaties or other high-fiber cereal.  Just before you go to bed, shove a Mag-lite up your ass (size of the Mag-lite is dependent on how much power you need).  When you wake up the next morning, well, there you go - fiber + optics = fiber optics.
