Minor problem with Steam

When I start up Steam my community and storefront are blank wepages. All my games run fine and everything else is fine. I have uninstalled the nVidia Network Access Manager (it installed when I upgraded my MB drivers which I rolled back) which has been known to cause this problem and even disabled my firewall. I have even run spyware scans to make sure something wasn't interfering so now I have no clue. Any ideas?

Mine used to do that...but is it a big deal?  I'm not sure what causes it, but I've dealt with it before and it got sorted out by itself.

Not really a big deal, as I can see all that stuff on Firefox, just annoying. I can wait for a Steam update and maybe it will go back to normal, just wondering if there was a fix (it's and OCD thing for me, something on my comp not working LOL)

I'm gonna go check Steam Support to make sure that was right. I had some long discussion with them, and I hope I told them what I did to fix it.


I forgot that was on the OLD steam support site, so the questions aren't there anymore.

It also fixed the problem I was having with CoH and the Relic downloader not working.
