You must bring your complete systems. We will have game servers and a network set up as well as a big screen and XBox 360

When: March 7-9th

Where:

Hooligans
121 Batesville Shopping,
Batesville, IN 47006
(20 minutes north of Cincinnati. This is a party room of a local bar that has been rented for the weekend, age does not matter, and there will be a waitress bringing us drinks)

Cost:

30 dollars a person (the money will go to providing building, dinner, and expenses all three days. )
video master will collect your money when you arrive at the LAN.

Games:

PC: TF2, CS:S, CS:S Gun Game, Company of Heroes

XBox 360: Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Halo 3

PS3: I will bring mine, if you suggest some games to rent I will do so, if anyones interested.

Food:

Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Party sub from SubWay
Sunday - Chili

I was thinking of coming but flights are 450 to cincy. I could fly into detroit and bum a ride from dizzy but flights are still like 380 bucks.

ok widow i did some reasearch for one you never fly into cincy... way way way too expensive. see i live between cincy and indianapolis on interstate 74. so it would be way less for you to fly into indianapolis and i can just drive the hour to pick you up and bring you down. also there is skybus.com its a really cheap airline. you can leave out of newburgh new york and fly into columbus ohio and back arriving friday at noon and leaving monday at 10am round trip for 106.00. then columbus ohio is a hour and half drive from me. in fact ryuk and itchy are driving down from columbus so you can ride with them. so if you fly in to indy or columbus i will personally find you a way to get here even if i have to drive you from the airport myself to save you some cash. also check into greyhound and see what the prices are... i am not sure exactly where you live but i can be sure you get here from the bus station.. but if you want to check out skybus just goto www.skybus.com  they are insanely cheap.

Looks like my wife was wrong with the dates for spring break here. It isnt till the latter part of March, so I'm going to try and make it. Most likely I'll be there Friday and Saturday.

I wish I could go, but things have just been too hectic with my moms 3 operations and plus It's a bit far.

well the hours of the lan party will go as followed friday and saturday available play time is 10am till 3am... if we want to stay later that is fine but no consumption of alcohol is allowed after 3am

sunday we have the place from 10am till midnight

also very important.

THIS PLACE HAS NO CREDIT CARD MACHINE. YOU HAVE TO PAY CASH FOR YOUR DRINKS. NO TABS

again we are providing dinner all three nights. but breakfast and lunch is on yourself. and you should treat your host also lol just kidding. but keep in mind that the place we are playing has its own kitchen and i am going to attach their menu to this post.

this place has an alarm system and camera system setup for security so and its in a small town. so at night its up to you to do with your system as you please. if you want to take everything with you thats fine if you want to leave it. then its fine. or you can leave everything but your cpu and take that.

i have confirmed that minors that will attend will be marked on their hand an X stating they cant be served alcohol but minors can attend.
