I think it's only right that the red sox win the next 3 games and then lose in game 7 to really break our hearts and make us "believe" again.. THOSE BASTARDS!! .... I'm a diehard.. I'll watch the game tonight... I think Derek Lowe is gonna have an ok game.. but being a sinker ball pitcher the more work he gets the better his sinker should be and since he hasn't pitched in like 2 weeks.. that could be a problem.. I know he pitched an inning in game 3 of the Anaheim series but that's not alot of work.. anyway... GO SOX... in the words of Jimmy V .. "Dont give up.. don't ever give up!" ... I know he was talking about cancer but the Red Sox are very similar to cancer.. they eat away at your insides and like cancer the Red Sox will win after we are dead.

You can be a true fan and be disappointed in your team as well.. they should be playing much better than they are but they seem to be playing tight instead of playing the way that got them there.. by being the "Idiots" as Johnny Damon likes to say.. they went away from that and seem like they are trying to be the Yankees and be all professional.. that's not them and they shouldn't try to be that way.   Most of what I said in my first post was a joke for true red sox fans to get a chuckle out of.. I watched that game last night until the end just hoping for a 7 run inning in the 7th or 8th to get them back in it but it didn't happen.. Do I think they are done? .. No.. I think this team could come back from 0-3 and at least make it interesting.. other than the fact that no other team in the history of baseball has come back from 0-3 to win a series is against us.. I think that if they win tonight they have as good a chance as if they had won last night.

pnazz I likeyour optomism, and I', as big a Red Sox fan as anyone, but this is over.  I may waych some of the game tonight, but I am more disappointed in this team than last years team.  This team hasn't even put up a fight.  I want Arroyo off the team as soon as possible.  Anyone can pitch in the regular season, we need people who can pitch in the post season ad he obviously can't.  I want Wakefield and Lowe gone as well, and Mendoza.  I'd rather not make the ALCS than to make it and get swept by the Yankees.  This sux so bad.
