calling info:
1800comcast
key in your account phone number
choose 1 for english
choose 4 to downgrade
choose 2 for internet
choose 2 for disconnect
cancellation threat
Don't hesitate or panic if they go ahead and cancel you.
Just tell them since it will take about 2 weeks to get DSL set up,
ask them to set the cancellation date 2 weeks from now.
Then you can call back anytime during this two weeks and try your luck again with a diffe rep,
or withdraw the cancellation at any time

if you have comcast you need to try this..... Call them.... cancel your subscription.... then call RCN and get a better subscription for much cheaper.....  |
