i am impressed, but the graphics of all the preview's I've seen look like a geforce 6800 screenshot with most of the eye candy turned on.  However, the p3 is an amazingly powerful machine.  Keep in mind you'll need a high res HDTV to make it look nice.  Otherwise it will look worse than your computer.  I want a ps3, but because of the 500 usd price tag it will have at release (maybe 400 if we're lucky) I'm waiting a while...

Its gonna be the same as this current gen fight between the Xbox and the Ps2. Ps2 came out about a year b4 the Xbox did, so graphically Xbox looks better graphically b/c of that. 360 will be out a little less than a year b4 Ps3, so its just like a role reversal.
