Actually, we have contacted with some net bar here, but just thought that 2 teams stay together and play in LAN, might not be a nice idea... So, u see, how clueless we are. hehe.

If you are playing 1.6 then you are clueless. :0 j/king
What you need to do is either go to a lan center (if all of your players are local) or rent a private server for $30/month from someone like nrgservers or leetservers.

The CAL rules dont mention any thing about how to decide the maps gotta used in the match. So, how this is gonna be? 2 teams discuss that themselves? or.. what is/are the most common matching maps?

I have been using the .."New Server" option which came with the counter-strike. to create a server, quite simply, and tested all the console function/parameteres, but then there will always be one guy/player, or I should say one spot used by that server pc inside the game... I think mightbe during the match, we should leave that server spot/pc/player in spec... What u guys asy?
Besides of this way, I read some documents about using the CS Server Package to just install one server which without that spot... But I really dont know whether we should go this way... Cos, we r gonna play the game in LAN, should be withouth the ping problem...
Well, then, u see, I have never attend any CS match, form Internet to LAN.. Need u guys advices... Thanks..
