I tried connecting several times and got that each time. The only people in the server were:
TE | Poopturdy
max
scarface all coked up (with the strange chars)
wheelman (with some strange chars)

Max joined after I made several attempts so is Poop kicking or is it a server bug? I was watching the Server info from steam and it seems other people would connect for a second and then disappear again just like I was

Well it said kicked through console which means its either someone who has rcon (which poop does not have) or just the server doing it.  Im almost positive its not someone in rcon sitting there and kicking you, so it must be a server bug.  Talk to widow about it.  Try to re connect in a little while, and see if it works.  you may also want to try and re start ur CSS or Steam if you haven't done so already.  Cause the fact that there were ppl on there prob means that it might be u.  so try those things and come back if nothing is better.

Actually, i noticed quite a few people connecting and then immediately disconnecting.  For some reason, i didnt think much of it at the time, but wondered why the server was so empty.  I certainly wasnt the culprit for the inability for users to connect.  This may need to be addressed...

I noticed there was no play also, I saw this post and tried to connect and I got in no problem but there were only 2 others in the servers at that time.   Widow is not around today, I will check with him tomorrow morning.  In the meantime if you guys see he in the server later today you may want to ask him about it.

It was still happening people could not connect only the top 150, I shut the stats off for now to get people in there, Widow will have to look at it when he gets a chance.
