Umm Stupid Question

I discovered that you can cahnge your name in TF2 from in the game....
1)Press shift+tab (of whatever you have bound to open up the steam overlay)
2) then click on the friends button at the bottom right
3) click on view at the top of the little menu that pops up
4) then go to settings and that opens a new window where you can change your nickname to whatever you want it to be
