Humiliated [VAC Banned]

Yesterday, after a long day of school, I leaned back in my computer chair, turned on my pc, entered ventrilo, and logged onto steam. The only problem was that this time steam had an error. My account was banned! The displayed message said that I was caught using cheats. Cheats? Hacks? I immediately logged off vent and went into a homicidal rage. I've never used cheats before, but I knew some one who did.

About a week ago I went to a friends LAN party. I didn't bring my PC because everyone else brought their laptop and I was going to use my friends desktop. Unbeknown to me that my entered steam account was going to be saved. After our LAN party I went home for a quiet weekend with my girlfriend and tended to the much needed homework.

After that relaxing weekend I went to my English class (which the professor never showed up for) and decided to head home to play some source. That is when the error occurred.

I called around to see who was on my account. Sure enough, the account that was saved on his computer was logged onto the internet while he was hacking. He didn't check the steamID because we both have the same in-game settings. He changed the name because he thought that I just changed the in-game name. What a moron. He was not logged out because of my absence over the weekend.

I understand that this automatically puts me under radar for hacking and completely obliterates any possible chance for recruitment. I totally understand if you guys reject my recruitment for the sheer fact of any possible chance of a hacker getting in the clan. We all are smart, mature adults. I would probably do the same.

So please accept my humble apology for the irresponsibility on my account and hopefully you'll find it within you to over look this.

As for me, I'm waiting for my friend to buy me a new counterstrike holiday package. He only has to buy me source, but just because the account is vac banned on any possible online game- why would I let him take advantage of me and not pay for all of those games he got me banned under as well?

Thanks for stepping up instead of just getting a new account and pretending like nothing happend.  For recruitment i think you would need to speak with some founders and owners now.  Sry about that bro tahts gotta suck.

Just remember that when you play on someone else pc, thats the risk one takes. Takes balls to admit a fuck up like that, I dont see any reason this should disqualify you from recruitment. Props for the grape fruits!
