finally got internet workin at the frat house so im back up...now one of my brothers computers is fucked, from what i've figured out and read up on and everything i think he's become a victim to ARP cache Poisoning, whats the fix for it?

delete all the entries in the cache and let them be rebuilt.

Although, if some asshat on the LAN is running a script to give out fake ARP's then it may happen again.
