Title: Valve IS working on Episode 3

Not that I thought they weren't, but proof is always nice. Like pudding. It's VERY nice when the proof is in the pudding.

On top of that, it'll be made with the new source engine, not just an updated version of the old one that Portal 2 will be coming out with.

From this, we can infer that it'll be coming out after Portal 2. I've also got confirmation from a reliable source (the son of one of the developers goes to my school) that it'll be coming down the pipe soon. If not by fall, then probably in about a year or so, considering it's Valve we're talking about here.
