Title: New Psychostats Page Has Been Add

Thanks goes to HongKongPhooey for his work on skinning our new Psychostats 1.9.1 page.  We have decided to abandon Psychostats 2b until it is out of beta due to the following concerns:

1.   Psychostats 1.9.1 is more accurate at tracking server history details and connection tracking

2.   Psychostats 2b doesn't allow for keeping stats for a specific period of time.  With Psychostats 2b stats just continue to accrue until the database is wiped out.

he should make his name Hong Lo....  i mean... that actually is a cool idea.
