Title: *HUGE* TF2 Beta Update

A taste of things to come? Here's some highlights:
Bots:
Bots now work on Payload maps
Added payload to Offline practice
Spy bots!
Added koth_badlands (I might grab this out of the beta and put it on the server as a custom map. :P)
Added Replay system that allows you to edit and publish movies of your play experiences
Added in-game Coaching system (like l4d has.)
Added in-game Voting system (Will update this post with info on what it does in a few minutes)
