Title: Why Smurfette will never get a randomly dropped hat.

From the TF2 Wiki:

"Every 15,430 seconds (4 hours, 17 minutes, and 10 seconds) you have a 3.5714% chance of receiving a hat.[1] Codewise, every 4 hours, 17 minutes and 10 seconds, the game rolls a virtual 84 sided die. If the number on that virtual die is a 1, 2 or 3, you will receive a hat. "

So, chances aren't really very good.

I think Jugger made a deal with the devil, that's the only way he gets so many hats.

Jugger needs to hook me up with his number.  I need to see what kind of deals I can make with the devil.  I WANT A HAT (preferably a heavy hat!)   :x

WTF is a Jimmy Hat?  I have the top hat from the halloween map, but that is it.  I don't count that!  I want a heavy hat.

there are some things you should google before you reply...this happens to be one of them...

jimmy hat, love glove, rubber, raincoat, sheath, protection, armor, cock sock, hazmat suit, the goalie, condom, prophylactic

TY Hunter!  And Mustard, your wrong - soooo wrong!  I am SOOOOOOOOOOO  :blob:  SOOOOOOOOOOOO  :blob: SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPYYYYYY!!!!!!!!   :blob:  After almost 500 hrs as a heavy and I finally got the damn football helmet last night!  Random drops love me.  Now I can stop fussing at Jugg, cause that makes 5 hats in ummmmm, about a month now.  I do not count my 2 Halloween hats since almost everyone got those.  TY Valve, and TY to that special guy for helping me out lol - jk
