Title: I woke up at 5:30 this morning
Post by: V.I.P. on October 22, 2009, 05:10:27 AM
and my only class today is at 3...FML

anyways...lets see what's on my mind:
1.  I'm glad to see several game servers populated these days, not just one
2.  I'm glad to not see arguments on the forums lately
3.  I'm very pleased to see the status of our donations
4.  I'm hoping Widowmaker will be around more so I can own him @ GG
5.  I hope I don't hit the 8 o'clock morning rush while driving from Raleigh to Lumberton
6.  I just downloaded windows 7, but am a bit bummed it's Home Premium...will have to get Professional sometime
7.  Nero offers free DVD burning software...something I just learned this morning

All you folks have a good day...Mine will be very busy until about 5

Always up at 6 here. Have 2 year old not much of a choice. Since my wife leaves around 6:45 and I do not leave for work til 8 I use this time for clan duties now. Only time to do so. So if you need something done it will get done by the next morning.

It is good to be back as well. I enjoy keeping things running smoothly for my guys and gals. :)

I get up at 6:30 every morning (Mon-Fri) and get my daughter up and ready to get on the school bus.  At 7 I have 2 other kids dropped off at my door and I put one on the bus with my daughter.  Wake up Hitman at 8 for work, drop off little girl I watch at 8:30 for preschool, take Hitman to work at 9...and it keeps going.  Mornings are very full - lots to do.  I usually don't get to sit down here til after 9.

Widow, glad to see you around more.  Appreciate all you do - now, fix the darn shout box (Please) - lol

When I got back from my doctor visit, Windows 7 install was complete.  Now I have to go to class, but afterwards I'll get acquainted with the system more.

My Windows 7 crashed last week... some corrupted files. Restore Disc won't fix it. First crash since install in Feb.
I preordered Win 7 Home prem. for $50 back in July so when I get my disc in the mail hopefully I can
load it over my prev install and not lose anything.... XP feels like crap after using 7 for 9 months.

What is this "morning" you speak of? I'm not a morning person. I'm currently in school full time and my earliest class is at 11.

I've had a retail copy of 7 Pro for around 3 months now. I got it "free" from school. Free is a relative term as I pay $250 in computer lab fees every semester. It crashed once on me, but I was overclocking my CPU and was a little over what I should have been at. Other than that, it's been great.

I get up between 5 and 5:20 every day...unfortunately even including weekends in most cases...

I'm satisfied home premium for now.  I need more copies though because crazydog is selling me his 500GB HD and I'm going to install it on my old system to be a file hub.

I wanna go to Win 7 but the cost is prohibitive and I don't want to reinstall everything, since I'm sure i can't upgrade XP64. Maybe when I get a HD for my OS only and have a few hundred dollars to waste I'll go for it but I probably won't make the switch until I have no choice.
