I prefer www.overclock.net  They have a series of forums and are very responsive...I've also posted a case mod there before.  It's a good community IMO.

I used to frequent overclock.net and have made a few posts there but haven't payed much attention to it latley. It's a great site though. The tom's page looks good too, both great resources for overclocking.

RivaTuner is a good overclocking device too, i'll try tom's within the next few days.

I wouldn't bother with Riva if you have the option of doing it in BIOS.  I have found that programs in windows don't do as good as job as manually bumping it up in small increments.

Generally true. Good in windows tool for video card OC though: EVGA Precision Tool.
