Title: Reduce #'s for RTV?

I don't like the idea of the minority being able to change the map. I know that most people don't use RTV because they just don't care...

If you're going to lower it to under 50%, be prepared for a lot of "The level on the server is changing.

I can see the server now...12 players...
3 RTV to gravelpit
3 don't like gravelpit...ok, we'll RTV to dustbowl...
The original 3 that changed it to gravelpit want it back...
here we go again

at which point I rage quit because I've spent more time changing levels than playing

the only way that I'd be happy w/ a RTV under 50% would be if I get a !RTV that makes it harder to change the level by 1 vote.

Just my 2 cents...

In all honesty, I don't think we will have any problems with a reduction since most people just play whatever map is up next.

I'm just not most people.

I noticed that as well Hazmat, but it was more like 59.655%
