Title: The Elders monthly public meeting night

What night would be good for everyone to get together as a community and discuss any issues, server or otherwise, to help us improve what we provide for our regulars? It would be the first of that day of the month.

So far, Tuesday looks like our night. Is there any opposition to this night for our monthly public meeting? It would be the first Tuesday of every month.

Tuesdays is best for me as well, I have class most other nights. I'll attend whenever I can. Do we have a time setup? I might be working until 9pm EST some Tuesdays.

LTK, this is mostly for our regulars to give a monthly input. If you can't make it don't worry, we'll post minuets in this section and also discuss them at our private meeting. Of course, we'd like as many of our members there to discuss issues with the regulars.

Alright, apparently no one else wants to make the call, so I will!  Beginning in Sept. Monthly public meetings will be the first Tuesday of every month at 8:00 pm (EST).  Everyone is welcome to attend in our vent channel.  If you do not have this information, see anyone that wears the TE tag and we will be happy to get the information to you.  The list is as follows:

Sept. 1, 2009
Oct. 6, 2009
Nov. 3, 2009
Dec. 1, 2009

I will post a 2010 schedule by the end of December, so keep your eyes open for that.  Thanks for your participation in our server, and know that your opinion does matter to us!  Feel free to express any concerns or suggestions you have!

I can not stress enough how important it is that EVERYONE be here if they can!  This is a community, and everyone counts!  All opinions and suggestions are taken into consideration!  Speng, your feelings, thoughts and opinions are just as important as someone who has been here 3 yrs!  It would be great to have you here if you are able to make it.

sorry I was a no show yesterday...I wasn't home and conscious for more than about fifteen minutes, a couple of friends decided to take me out for my birthday :)
