Title: New graphic's card and I can't game...

I just put in a nvidia GeForce 9500 GT and I am having troubles.  I cannot game.  Any game I go into (COD: WAW and TF2) has bad bad graphics lag.  Even the sound lags.  My monitor is capable with 1680x1050.  I have tried every size and all of them lag.  I am not that good with computers and I cannot figure it out.  Please help me.  e-mail: sconforti - @ - WKMechanical.com

I have that 9500gt but mine is a 9500gm in my laptop...never had any problems.  Have you updated drivers yet?

Have you installed the most recent drivers?

Other troubleshooting questions:
1.  If it was working fine before you switched video cards, did you change any other hardware/software at the same time you upgraded the video card?
2.  Do other graphics intensive non-game applications have issues?  Check a DVD movie or youtube...
3.  Is your CPU causing your bottleneck and you just think it's your GPU?  Check with Task Manager...

its mediocre actually
i messed up the left click, usuallly double taps every time i click it
i still like it though
