There are 3 new plugins that we are going to try out. We will run them for awhile and then put up a poll to see if we should keep them or get rid of them.
1. AllTalk Manager - Allows you to set AllTalk at different times during the rounds
- atm_enabled - Enable or Disable AllTalk Manager
- atm_map_start - Enable or Disable AllTalk at map start *NEW*
- atm_round_beg - Enable or Disable AllTalk at round start (During setup in TF2, start of round for everything else)
- atm_arena_round_start - Enable or Disable AllTalk at the start of arena rounds (TF2 Only) *NEW*
- atm_setup_finished - Enable or Disable AllTalk after the setup period has ended (TF2 Only)
- atm_overtime_beg - Enable or Disable AllTalk when overtime starts (TF2 Only)
- atm_overtime_end - Enable or Disable AllTalk when overtime ends (TF2 Only)
- atm_suddendeath_beg - Enable or Disable AllTalk when sudden death starts (TF2 Only)
- atm_suddendeath_end - Enable or Disable AllTalk when sudden death ends (TF2 Only)
- atm_round_end - Enable or Disable AllTalk at round end (Bonus Round)
- atm_round_stalemate - Enable or Disable AllTalk during stalemates (TF2 Only)
2. Bonus Round Immunity - Immunty to damage during the bonus round in TF2
- Gives players with the RESERVATION flag god mode during bonus round
- This is a perk for anyone who donates for reserved slot or is a member here.
3. Prevent STUN affecting ubers
- This plugin prevents the STUN effect from the Scout's Sandman from affecting ubers

I love the idea of being immune! :blob: That is wonderful - a perk if you will for those who are dedicated, paying ppl for reserve slots or wear the tag! I like the idea of all talk at certain times, however, anytime during game play would be a bad time. For example, at the beginning of a round, during sudden death, etc... these are all very important times to work on strategies and what we are doing as a team. At the beginning of a map or map change, or "down time" would be fine. And we can play around with different things and see what we like...try one all talk a week and then decide if we like it that way or not. But, hell yeah, sign me up for immunity Video!

I'll agree w/ Smurfette on this one, and go one further...the only time I like alltalk (when the server is relatively full), is at round end.

I'm not a fan of immunity, ever. The humiliation round is a great time to practice the taunt kills.

As frustrating as it is to get bonked while ubered at the start of a round, it would remove some strategy on defense. Not that I've seen anyone go scout on defense to stop an uber push, but it *could* be used effectively to save a SG nest.

I hate the Sandman in general and there is a reason it's banned from competitive play. It's a stupid unlock for noob scouts and I'm gald to see this one.

I personaly don't have a problem with the sandman. If anyone's gonna gripe about over powered weapons for the scout it should be the Force of FUCKING nature! Really burns me that they upped the damage for that already INSANE gun!
As for the plugins first two looks cool. The third, I'm good either way I think. :dontknow:

I agree with Baltika that getting "bonked" while ubered is a good strategy that skilled scouts can use. It may be frustrating for the attackers but is a legit strategy. I think that plugin should be removed.

How does the bonus round immunity effect the outcome of games? If there is someone with immunity during a bonus round of a payload map, can't they just sit on the cart and the round will last forever? I'm not opposed to it but I'm against any plug ins that are game changers and that seems to be one.

Sorry just to clarify. If the immune person is on the blue team they can stand by the cart and the timer will never stop. Unless the immunity acts like an uber and doesn't effect the cart that way.

the Bonus round is once the round is over where the winning team gets all criticals. So this does not affect normal gameplay at all.

Gotcha. Yeah then why not? Seems like a harmless addon that just irritates the winners when they can't kill that last guy running around :-D

I dislike disabled the sandman's effect on ubers. But I suppose its a fairly minor change. Seems hardly used in this server as it is. The rest of the changes are good. But I find the alltalk disables itself rather quickly after roundend.

It's a competitve server we try to keep the noobism of the Sandman down (I know it takes skill to hit someone but it's just such an unfair unlock...stun? really?)
I'm starting to tire of admin immunity. I can't rocket or sticky jump to kill people at round end and I really like killing my friends in their spawn ;) Was interesting at first but now just seems a bit played out, why shouldn't the winning team be allowed to kill us? Just because we're admins? Bah. Let the rabble have their kills, they deserve it and it's fun.
