But i guess it also helps to hit when you tip off the other players on what pitch your pitcher is throwing so they will do the same when you are at bad.

Post by: Mephistes on May 20, 2009, 11:42:28 PM: I won't lie. I'm a fan of the Yankees myself and I acknowledge the fact that we aren't getting the bang for our buck. However, I can say that I'm very happy that we're on this current 8-game winning streak. Honestly, there's no team chemistry because all the Steinbrenners do is throw out cash to acquire the best players and pile them into one team. Once guys like Joba, Hughes, and Cano (the homegrown players) really establish themselves as the new generation of Yankee players, then the team chemistry will kick in and the team will only become better.
