Any ideas on easy ways to get my itunes songs from my old comp to new, windows easy transfer sucks, and flash drive is a pain in the ass
-
Local network form old PC to new?

Well, if you don't have a big enough flash drive, the best thing you could do is just transfer them over the network.
If you DO have a big enough flash drive...what's the problem?

Assuming you don't want to set up a network and move it that way,
I burn my Songs on a blank 8.5GB DVD for back up... then move it to a new pc.

If you have an ipod just pull them off of that... You have to make the files un-hidden. They will be in the music folder. They are coded as a whole bunch of random letters and numbers but thats just the itunes code. If you copy them from the ipod to the computer then use itunes to import the files and folders, itunes will do all the work for you setting up the library and renaming the songs and find artwork and such... There are more in-depth directions on how to do this if you search it on the internet... JFGI (Just Fucking Google It) lol :).... or you can ask me and i will try to guide you through it

There's plenty of free apps that will get music off your iPod with it all named correctly unlike just dragging them off the iPod like mentioned above.

once you drag them off and import them to itunes it renames them for you :P lol
