I am not a fan of the orb coolers, but I hear they do a pretty good job.

As for the memory why not get the SLI memory for $5 less and has better timings.

Yea...they have a lot of stuff and they rearragned some stuff to make it easier...

That is some seroius cooling VM!  Are you OC'ing your gig like crazy or just like cooling?  Out of curiosity, why not liquid cooling?

I will be trying to overclock even more with the new cooler.  have  taken my 3.0 ghz chip to 4.2 stable so far, but want to go further.  As for liquid cooling, been there done that.  I don't want to do it again cause it can be a hassle when you want to move your machine to goto lan parties and such and I move the machine a decent amount.
