So for the last week or so everytime I try and log on to CS:S or any steam game for that matter I get an error message that i don't have time to read followed by the Blue Screen of Death :dontknow: :? :bs: WTF!?
-
Can you be a little more specific? Whats the error message?
-
reinstall CS through steam, seems to fix everything for me.
-
Smurf I honestly never have enough time to read the message I just here the inevitable windows warning message noise...see that a new window is going to open on my task bar and then BAM...blueness everywhere
-
And VIP how would i do that? :dontknow:
-
go to add/remove programs...then redownload it through steam
-
Yeah, Id install from the ground up, steam and all.
-
For future reference, here's how to get the BSoD to stop:
1) Right click my computer, propertes (then click advanced system settings if in Vista)
2) Go to the "Advanced" tab
3) Click "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery"
4) Uncheck "Automatically Restart"
5) Click Ok, ok

Here is what I got
-
Engine error? Holy fuck! uninstall-reinstall.
-
