Title: Awesome app...removes the need to alt-tab

Just found out about this awesome program, D3DGear.

It's not only exactly like fraps, but it has a feature called "Ingame Desktop" where your desktop runs on TOP of the game, so it removes the need to alt-tab.

IT costs $24.95 with free upgrades, but if you can find it gratis, let me know. :P
