a brief job description of what we are looking for:
• Design, implement and administer Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and Access Gateway farm.
• Monitor the technical operation, specifications, and administration of the Citrix server farm.
• Support Citrix installation upgrades by installing service packs, and resolving service requests.
• Provide necessary documentation to customers during and after project implementations.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customers at the completion of projects.
Required Experience
• Five to six years system administration or systems engineering experience including a minimum of three years of recent Citrix Server experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills
• Must have experience implementing Citrix Presentation Server 3.0 or 4.0.
• Must have experience implementing applications on a Citrix server.
• Must be able to do application integration and provide communication with customer as to the impact caused by the upgrades.
• Extensive experience with installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting on a large Citrix server farm.
• Experience performing Windows 2000 or 2003 server builds.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server, Password Manager, Access Gateway and Advanced Access Controls.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Server including rights and security configuration in a multi-user environment.
• Should be knowledgeable with Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory, DNS, group policy implementation, security policies, and maintenance.
• Should be knowledgeable in networking, routers, firewalls and V-LANs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must have a team player attitude.
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Certifications: Preferred - CCEA, CCA, MCSE, MCSA

for that kindawork in that area of the country, it damn well better be brushing the ol' 6 figure range. ;)

it really depends on your experience, your credentials, and your value add. you will be offered fairly depending on what you bring to the table, and let me tell you. I have been with these guys (4 owners who've known each other since high school) since it was 7 people in this company. They are outstanding people to work for.
