No big surprises here


Following the requirements of a recent FCC order, Comcast met their deadline to document all of the company’s throttling practices. There were few surprises in the filing; Comcast plans to continue slowing down Internet speeds for its heaviest users by splitting traffic into two streams and giving the "heavy users" a lower priority than other customers during peak times.

hmmmmmm  and those verizon boys just finished with the FIOS through our neighborhood.... 

looks like an interesting proposition.
