C:\WINDOWS\system32\domiebho.dll ok my computer has this on it not sure were it came from think its from my wife dling somthing or one of her friends
video had be get somthing called avast and all its doing is moving it to a chest keeps poping up once or twice a day prompting me to do somthing with it even asked me to scan before boot and deleted it and nothing happened

Well, that DLL is a trojan...have you tried deleting it manually? Not through avast?
If it doesn't let you, try going into safe mode and deleting it/run an avast scan.

when i search for it or even try to just go to it tells me file doesnt exsist

make sure you check off to look in hidden files and folders. Also get a couple programs called unlocker and process explorer. Both programs can help you get rid of files even if other programs are running them.

process explorer will allow you to look at files like winlogon and services.exe and let you release files that may be attached to them. then you can delete the files.
