Title: recycle bin

For some reason by recycle bin is not on my desktop, and I can't find it.  How would I go about getting it back?  thanks.

I deleted about 55 gigs of shit, but now I found out I need some of it back.  Anyway to restore it, without having a backup.  I think i just deleted it to the recycle bin, but I can't find that shit.

go to my computer and go up one level in the address bar. The bin will be in that screen.

I don't see it, but im also using vista.
