You people should read that end user agreement. Once you say yes, they have access to your ENITIRE comupter! There's a thread about it somewheres here. Something like "10 ways the gamming industry is screwing you".
On anyother note, they did say it was gonna be on Battlenet. Which means that it'll be free to play online.

Post by: addrockk on July 07, 2008, 08:09:19 PM: I said in vent I almost failed out of college because of D2, and people kinda chuckled... but seriously, I went from a 3.6 GPA to a 1.9 once I started playing it. My roomate actually uninstalled it from my pc and hid the discs cause he was sick of me waking him up at 4 am playing.

I will, therefore, definately be playing D3. :-D
