Real? Probably not. Most of it is 90% the same text as the Pyro (http://www.steampowered.com/pyro/?pw=presspreview) one.
Do I wish it was? Sort of.

Silenced PPK: I like it...overpowered in the right hands

Magnetic Sapper:
This would be good for teams that work well together.

Garrote: Ok, but not dropping your disguise doesn't matter when someone sees you straggling their teammate...insta-kill is much better I think. Speed matters.

I sure hope spy is the next class released, for obvious reasons  :-D

Here's my ideas for the new weapons

Primary:
The revolver has two things going for it: accuracy and damage. Remove one or both of those and add the following:
"Spy-sapper" bullets: When you shoot an enemy spy, he loses the ability to disguise and cloak for the next 30 seconds, and the shot will remove his current cloak/disguise. He is also unable to commit suicide or change classes during this time

Secondary:
The new sapper should be impervious to the engineer whose sentry it is on, but anyone else can kill it with any weapon. Shoot a rocket at it, its gone. Have a heavy punch it twice, boom. That will improve teamwork by the other team, while helping the spy kill sentries guarded by a single engineer.

Melee:
I think the new knife should still be able to backstab. That shouldn't be taken away. The spy should be given the ability to backstab without losing his disguise, but he would lose his cloak alltogether.

yeah this looks really interesting and I thought the medic achievements were a bit ridiculous.

ok well atleast its nice stuff

but crazy as for your knife if you take away the cloak you ruin the spy cloak is what gets us behind them and lets us run away to hide just being able to keep your disguess isnt gona help us if we cant cloak at all

as for there wire thing i wonder if they will be able to use voice to say there being strangled i hope not cause then its not even worth getting if they can give it away if it takes a couple seconds anyways to kill someone

Above all I'd like to see the EMP and nail gun grenades back in the game!!!...not fer the obvious exploit purposes but more for the dynamics of that they would create amoung engineers and soilders.

Your suspicion was right Crazy, take a look at the very bottom of the image with the Valve trademark and all that stuff.
