Title: Unbelievable World Records
Post by: merciless on April 22, 2008, 09:05:52 PM: Hello Everybody. I've been helping my parents with their yard and cooking nights so gaming is tight right now. For the last two months I've been taping World Records and submitting them to Twin Galaxies the Gaming World Record keepers. A few weeks ago I got an e-mail from the referee that's reviewing my tapes asking if I use a rapid fire or turbo controller, which I don't, so I write back I use the original controller that came with the NES back in 85-86. Then I get another e-mail asking me to tape via camcorder how I'm doing these crazy seemingly impossible feats of gaming. I can't find ANYONE around here with a camcorder and can't rent one so I may just ask the ref to come down here and watch me set the controller on fire with my thumbs. 14 of my World Records are currently on hold until this disbelief is lifted. Needless to say I won't be on much, but I'll kill ya when I see ya. Also, they may fly me down to the TG base to watch me prove myself. I may get more power to my Google status :sunny: :sunny:

--Lap - 18.54
My scores under review are Bonk's Adventure fastest completion for NES and Contra maxed points for NES. They need to see me on film playing the games to show my technique of pressing buttons at lightning speed =) The OTHER games being reviewed and posted are NES Robocops 1, 2 and 3 for points, NES Adventures of Dino Riki-points, NES Dragon Power-points, NES Shatterhand- points, NES Code Name Viper- points, NES Vice Project Doom-points, NES IronTank-points a few others I'm sure but the real cool one is NES Double Dragon Fastest completion(under 20 minutes) w/o dying =)
Then for SNES I've just busted the fastest KO for Riddick Bowe Boxing which was 16 and will soon be my 14 seconds. Street Fighter 2 Turbo both hyper fighting and championship edition for points, and Mortal Kombat 2 fastest completion. I know some were left out but they'll get posted soon enough.
