Title: screen shot question?

Hey guys, i have been checking out the screen shot thing and voting adn stuff, and then i saw the thing that says submit screen shot(one per week)
 Is that for everyone, or only TE members can submit screen shots, because I tried just for teh hell of it, and it never came up.
 Thanx guys for helping these low-computer-knowledge guy from Spain.

anyone who is a member of the forums can post a screenshot. Either there is an eror in the code or there is a cut off day. try it again and let me know if you get an error message or something like that.

I didnt get an error or anything like that. I browsed,I submitted it and then it just went back to the same page and i was guessing that it will show up, but it didnt.
 no message saying error or anything like that.just nothing like it was fine
i tried three times, and the same thing.
 its ok though,no big deal
