Title: disconnected from the server

hey guys!!!
 I have a problem with the steam account that i dont understand.
 whenever i conncet to the server, in less than 2 seconds i get disconected and it says:ERROR verifying STEAM userID ticket
 Do you guys have any idea what that could be????
 its pissing me off because i cant play and i restarted the lap top and still showing the same problem.
 thanx for any possible help!!!

Go to your folder,  c:  programs -->valve -->steam- , and there should be a file named client registry blob    or something along those lines.  Delete that and restart steam.  It will make a new file and should be fine after that.

Check the steam support forums.  They have a huge thread dedicated to this problem.  Sorry, but im too lazy to look up the link.  Type it in in google.

 no worries, i got it working, i restarted the steam and put my steamID and pasword back in and it works now

just for future refrence that is one of the most common stem errors and has the simpleist fix like you discovered,,, simply log out of steam restart it and log back in and it should be fine

yep,that is exactly what i did and it works perfectly now,
