Sometimes this little number will pop up when im playing CS.... it crashes and closes up CS..... i was about to kill Combo when it happened one night.... i was gonna kill him.... i swear!

That looks like a directX error, try reinstalling directX9c then make sure your video drivers are up to date.

Reinstall your video drivers and DirectX.
