Looking to build a new computer, should I go Intel or AMD?   :dontknow:

You and I have beat this into the ground.

If you want a reliable build go with the same stuff noobinhood has. We can scale it back a bit by eliminating one of the vid cards and a smaller power supply. Still plan on spending around a grand. Go Intel core 2 quad 6600. AMD has nothing that can compete, and even their fanboys will say the same. Order the parts or come by the office and I can order them if you re-imburse me that day because I use our company account. I'll build it for free...

Intel > AMD

Nvidia > ATI

OCZ > Corsair

EVGA > Almost Every Other Manufacturer

I'll be building a new rig shortly and it will most likely be with the Intel Core 2 quad 6600 as Leet suggested to you.

thats what i have. it seems to be a kick ass system. now if i could just learn how to use it maybe i could kick some ass to.....LOL........ :headbang1:
