Did we change to a new version of vent? I have tried from two different locations today and get a Incompatible version, server is running version 3.0 ??

Yeah, you need to upgrade.

Yeah, recently they upgraded to version 3.0, but you have to uninstall the old version before you can install the new one. I think it does it for you maybe but I'm not sure, I just uninstalled it before installing the new one. It does save all you're info tho so you don't have to type in all your servers again, very convenient.

Yeah, when it said uninstall I was concerned but seeing that it saved all my info I was pleased...some companies just get it right,
