Title: Wireless Issue

Since I've gotten xp, I have only had wireless capability once! I have a dv6000 and has all the right drivers for it. Anyone know of anything that can resolve my issue?

dv6000, HP laptop? Make sure the wireless switch is on? I have a ZD8080 and sometimes it decides it doesnt want to work, I hae to go through the trouble of enabling/un-installing the adapter. It's a software issue for sure. Look on HP site and see if they have a newer driver for it.

Of course i have the wireless switch on =)

I have been looking through countless pages of people reporting the same issue. HP warns never to downgrade to XP.

A lot of people say that they have resolved the issue, but I try their tactics and come up empty handed.

are the drivers working correctly?  Have you checked them out in the Device Manager?
