I've been here for a while and like the experience. Seems like everyone is nice and those I have spoken with in vent are great. I am going to retire from the clan I am in because of their non-presence/participation in source. We have a server, but no one ever plays and I grew tired of whipping a dead horse.

My online game experience started out in the late 90's playing Delta Force 2 with www.teambota.com (http://www.teambota.com)..I was there for a few years till the direction of the clan changed and they abandoned fps games for stuff like star wars galaxies. I moved on and discovered cs 1.6 and got in with www.kwikdeath.com (http://www.kwikdeath.com)..I have been there a few years and was elected to the governing council early last year. I participated in their 1.6 cal team some, but prefer to play for fun. It seemed no one could show up for practice or we were always short when match time rolled around. As of the last few months our servers which were once full are now empty and most have moved on to play wow and vanguard. I have tried those games to be a part of the clan but I cant stand them. I like to run and gun. I met Hit Man somewhere in a server and followed him here, liked what I saw and decided to stick around.

I'm 38, Married w 2 children and live in WV. Work in the oil and gas industry as a petroleum land rights person. My job is to go out and find places to drill or to lay pipelines and get the rights of way in place in order to do the work. As a result I spend most of my week away from home in a motel somewhere in bfe...lol For fun, I like to play guitar and games. Mainly Source but I also do some BF2 on the side. I realise I need a few more posts to meet the reqs, just thought I would try and get my foot in the door and properly introduce myself. Reguardless of the outcome, I will still continue to play here.

  Yeh, I've been playing with Mr|337 for about 4-5 mnths. and I've had fun playing Gun game w/him.
I think he should let some of us borrow this New 50 in. Plasma..LOL. He's really been playing in the Elders Gun Game alot, and I even think he sneaked in front of me in ranks..LOL  :thebirdman: Any way, just thought I'd add my 1/2 cents worth.!!

Hey Lax, I live in Ripley, Jackson Co. which is about 30 miles north of Charleston. Through the week I'm in Pineville WV which is in Wyoming County. I take it from your profile info you go to Marshall. Takes me about an hour and half to get there.

honestly i think the only places in wv i've been, is huntington, princeton, morgantown, charleston and parkersburg...lol

Man, I am close to you fellas' too.  I live in Coolville, Oh which is just 20 minutes NW of P'burg.  I hang out there all the time.  I didn't realize that some of you guys lived so close to me.  I thought I was all alone here in Appalachia.lol  We should put together a lan around here sometime...  Anyway,  I know you play in gg a lot, but you have to be willing to fill the pub sometimes too.  You don't have to do it all the time though, just if someone asks you to try and help fill it, or if someone is in there alone.  Anyway, just keep playing it up.
