i know my scout shots never hit if i'm zoomed and try to snipe - but if i quickzoom i can hit almost every time.  i can double-zoom on someone's head that's sitting still while I'm standing completely still, center the crosshairs, wait a second, then shoot - and miss lol!  I don't know what it is about shot registration but it seems to come and go in waves - usually it's decent, but then all of a sudden NOTHING is hitting no matter what I do. 

I guess it could be my great green arkleseizures...
